The energies of Lubbock tend to get to me in always unexpected and unanticipated ways. The key is to hang in there long enough for help to arrive. Sometimes, though, we cannot call out for the help that is only given until we ask, and that is when somebody else calls for you… Shakespeare called, and the angels responded; suddenly, I started towards my chest of gemstones to dig for the ones that “felt right.” I used to do that years ago on a regular basis as a means of self diagnosis; whatever stone I grabbed, its description of properties delineated what was going on spiritually or mentally. This subtle approach to healing kicked in again, and I blindly felt for Azurite-Malachite, Snowflake Obsidian, and Pietersite. The result was an instant connection to Oneness despite my stubborn resistance… and the vicious vortex of energies was cracked open.

Read up on the stones’ properties here and behold their beauty:

Azurite-Malachite is a combination of Azurite and Malachite and as such brings together the properties of both stones. Azurite is said to encourage new perspectives and clear understanding, expanding the mind and helping you to let go of old unhelpful beliefs. Malachite is thought to be a powerful emotional cleanser helping to remove past traumas, and negative emotions to bring peace and harmony into your life. Azurite-Malachite, in its combined form, is a powerful conductor of energy with the ability to reveal deeply hidden negative emotional thought patterns and to cleanse and heal them. Azurite-Malachite-59275

Snowflake Obsidian has a restful and serene energy helping to bring peace and balance to thecrystals_tumbled_snowflake_obsidian_300x225 mind and body. Snowflake Obsidian encourages inner reflection making us aware of negative patterns of thought and unhealthy patterns of behaviour and giving us the chance to change them. It is also believed to help shield the wearer from negativity and grief. (http://www.crystalwellbeing.co.uk)

The beauty and essence of Storm is captured in Pietersite, with brilliant flashes of golden light amid churning clouds of deepest blue. Known as the Tempest Stone, its highly charged energy is almost tangible. Just as lightning clears the air and makes all things new, Pietersite discharges negative energies and emotional turmoil, and cleanses the aura, restoring it to calm. Pietersite removes the illusion of separateness, and the beliefs and conditioning imposed by others. It brings one to the source of their own inner guidance, and assists one in recognizing the truth or falsehood of others’ words or actions. It promotes speaking out and exploring anything that may hinder access to one’s own truth. [Hall, 219]  (http://www.crystalvaults.com)
