englobe.me consists of Ronja Vieth, Ph.D. who practices intuitive coaching. Her goal is to help people heal and deal with the traumas of everyday life, so that they may not be buried under them. Oftentimes, we do not realize that we do not have the healthiest methods of attending to life’s challenges and eventually feel nothing short of suffering from a form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which may occur after experiencing severe emotional trauma. Even though its official definition defines this emotional trauma as involving the threat of injury or death, I believe that emotional injuries that feel as if they could literally kill us, such as unemployment (we cannot sustain ourselves and/or families anymore) or a death or break-up (we feel dead inside), are, in fact, valid traumas.
By using intuitive coaching, I give people a space to process those emotions so that they no longer pile up but are handled in a holistic manner. My methods include not only the external approaches of re-framing experiences with the way our mind perceives a situation, but most importantly internal approaches that allow for emotional healing and finally and automatically result in a different perception of the outside world. Some of the methods include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), WhirlWing Writing ©, Visualization, and Energetic Healing (similar to Reiki).
If you have read books and talked to people who proposed you “just think positive,” “meditate over it,” or “ask what you are to learn from it” and feel that this particular situation just will not allow you to do so and then feel guilty, incompetent, or useless because of that, and thus find that everything you have tried so far simply makes things worse, you are right with me; because that is how I felt. Then, I have experienced a safe space, learned methods to process all variants of my emotions, and grown into a healthier woman because of it. And now I want to offer the same to you!
If you yearn for a safe space in which you can begin to heal new or old wounds with some one who will not judge you or proselyte, please consider contacting me. Regardless of your cultural, religious, or personal background, you may feel secure in my promise that I see and hear you – and only you – not your actions, attitudes, deeds, or words, but you.
Please contact me with questions via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get in touch with you as soon as I can. Namaste’
